  • This agreement is made on the date specified (on the invoice or email) and between Park Street London Ltd (The Company) of the first part and the Renter (as named on the invoice or email) of the second part.

  • The Company is authorised to enter into this agreement, acting as the duly appointed agent of the apartment owner of the dates listed (on the invoice or email) for the purposes of acting as a rental agent.

  • The Renter confirms that the use of the dates listed (on the invoice or email) are for his/her personal use and that he/she are not entering into any other arrangement with any third party for the use of the dates listed overleaf for personal or financial gain.

  • The Company will provide the Renter with a guest certificate or Marriott confirmation number produced by the residence to allow his/her use for the dates listed (on the invoice or email). This certificate/confirmation number must be provided to the residence upon request when the Renter checks-in to the residence on the relevant check-in date.

  • Should the Company be unable to obtain any necessary guest authorisation, or otherwise be unable to confirm the use for the Renter of the dates listed overleaf or on an email, the Renter shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid in relation to this agreement.

  • Once the reservation has been confirmed and we have collected payment, if you decide to cancel the reservation, all monies paid are non-refundable.

  • It is the responsibility of the Renter to obtain any necessary travel insurance to cover their stay. Furthermore, the Company accepts no liability for any losses incurred by the Renter as a result of any force majeure (for example, natural disaster).

  • The Renter understands and agrees that any monies paid under this agreement are to cover the accommodation only, as stated (on the invoice or email).

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • The above terms and conditions may not be altered or amended in any way without prior written consent of the Company.

  • Words imparting one gender include any other gender and words imparting the singular include the plural and vice versa.
